• Recruitment Analysis - Subscribers are offered an analysis of your recruitment promotion expenses
• Branding Consultation - Subscribers are guided through a 3hr branding focus group with senior staff producing an Optimized Profile.
• WDBJ7 TV Advertising - Subscribers are offered a 15 sec donut spot (part of a 30 sec spot) on WDBJ7 TV to promote their company's work environment.
• Online Video Spot - Subscribers' 15 sec donut spot is posted on the jobzcafe home page when a job seeker clicks on your logo
• Employee Testimonials - Subscribers can post text, audio or video employee testimonials of their company work experience
• Company Profile - Subscribers post information about their mission, benefits, company video and testimonials from employees to attract job seekers.
• YouTube.com Video Upload - Subscribers' corporate video will be uploaded to Youtube.com and linked to their profile to augment their exposure and branding.
• Company Feature on jobz talk blog - Job Seekers will be attracted to the blog, jobz talk, and social networking environment dedicated to regional job seekers. Subscribers can make entries on jobz talk blog relating events, recruitment perspectives and unique job offerings
• Social Networking - Facebook, MySpace and Linked-In interactions will expose and engage target markets for jobzcafe.
• Search Engine Optimization - Jobzcafe.com is highly placed on the search engines and will attract many job seekers to the website.
• Training and Networking Events - Talking Tuezdays (professional development events) and 'Meet and Greets' will showcase companies and facilitate dialogue between job seekers and companies . The sessions will be broadcast over the internet as video allowing seekers not able to attend in person to participate and ask questions of the moderator in live time. Also, the sessions will be saved as podcasts on our website.

Offering Job and Career Opportunities

• Print Listing - Roanoke Star Sentinel will feature a weekly Jobzcafe Employment Center listing five posted jobs with contact information.
• Job Seeker Connect - Subscribers are offered the opportunity to receive monthly targeted resumes from job seekers interested in their company or industry.
• Unlimited Job Postings - ob postings are unlimited for the duration of your subscription. Subscribers can link to employment applications on their own website. We will post the jobs for 60, 120 and 360 days; all jobs are renewable without charge.
• Featured Jobs - Featured jobs are posted on a special tab on the navigation on the main home page. Subscribers can chose one job per year to be featured. Additional featured postings can be purchased.
• Local Area Postings - Featured jobs are posted to the specific area that the job is targeted (e.g., Roanoke, Lynchburg, New River, Danville, Martinsville, and Smith Mountain Lake.
• Career Fairs - Subscribers are offered discounted rates for exhibiting at jobzcafe local Career Fairs. These fairs will combine a more interactive venue with an online platform showcasing exhibitors to contrast the traditional job fair Òcattle car approachÓ.
• Job Wrapping - Subscribers can set up their jobzcafe postings to interface with the leading providers of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) so their job postings automatically flow from their company's database to ours - saving time and resources (there is no fee for this service with an annual subscription, though your ATS system may charge a set up fee.)

Matching and Searching for Employees

• Customized Screening Questions - Subscribers insert special screening questions in the job seeker's profile. The answer to these questions will help in filtering resumes.
• Talent Pool Resume Search - Subscribers can proactively search for qualified candidates in the Talent Pool. The Talent Pool is a database of more than three thousand resumes from job seekers who are actively looking for engaging employment in the region. It includes the Roanoke Connect database of those seekers currently living in the area or are willing to relocate to the region.
• Advanced Resume Searches - Subscribers have access to Advanced Resume Searches to target top matching candidates with single or multiple criteria.
• Apply Online - Subscribers can allow job seekers to apply for their positions directly from their jobzcafe job postings. This makes it easier for job seekers, resulting in more applicants.
• Email Alerts - Subscribers are informed when a Job Seeker matches their job criteria.
• Automated Reference Contact System - Premier customers can send out a batch request for references for a candidate.
• Personality Assessments - Subscribers are offered (optional) specially designed personality assessments targeted for jobs and industries. These tools help to filter and qualify candidates.

Tracking

• Briefcase - Subscribers have a comprehensive online location to track their activity by job posting and job seeker communications.
• Activity Report - Subscribers are offered a report detailing how many people have applied online to their postings and how many jobs were emailed to a friend.
• Online Stats - Subscribers can track the number of job views and company profile views.

Training

• Job Seeker Resource Center - Community resources and educational institutions offer job seeker programs that help them with the recruitment process.
• Executive Briefings - Subscribers are invited to educational workshops and trainings on cutting edge challenges related to HR and recruitment.
• Podcasts - Subscribers are invited to sponsor and/or produce vidcasts and podcasts on recruitment advice and job seeker related topics.
